Creative Whoppers (THE ANTS) was entrusted with the complete production and on-ground management of the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Pre-Departure Ceremony 2023—a flagship event celebrating scholars selected for Europe’s prestigious Erasmus Mundus program. Hosted at Instituto Cervantes, New Delhi, the ceremony brought together EU delegates, education leaders, dignitaries, and 500+ scholars and guests. Our team executed the event end-to-end, handling event production, stage and technical setup, flow management, and coordination with the EU Delegation and Instituto Cervantes. We ensured seamless operations throughout the day, creating an organized, engaging, and dignified environment befitting the occasion.
